A Double Dose of Gospel posted by John Sorensen on Dec 15, 2015

Dear Friend of Evangelism Explosion,Double Your Impact

I’d like you to meet Pamela. You’d like her. Just 12, she’s already making a difference in Honduras. It’s a “dangerous” place for those who share their faith in Christ, but Pamela is too led with joy to stop.  After EE’s Hope for Kids ministry trained her, this child went straight to prison . . . to share Jesus with her uncle behind bars!

Screen Shot 2015-12-15 at 11.36.59 AMCan you imagine a young girl, age 12, visiting a prison? But Pamela was on a mission. Her uncle was lost and she had the Good News he desperately needed. She shared the Gospel with him, then they held hands and prayed – and her uncle believed!  God used young Pamela to reach her uncle for Christ.

And you helped make it possible! Your partnership is changing
lives across the world every day. Because of you, Hope for Kids is exploding, with more than 3 million children already equipped.

Millions of children are sharing the Gospel around the world, not only with their peers but their moms, dads and grandparents, too – and with great success.

Now we want to do even more . . . which is why I’m asking for your extra- generous
year-end gift today. With your help, we want to reach and train another one million children like Pamela to share their faith in Jesus in 2016.  It’s a huge jump and we can’t do it without you.

And I have some great news! A generous friend of the ministry has pledged an extraordinary $250,000 Matching Challenge Fund. That means every gift you give between now and December 31 will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $250,000.

Will you take advantage of this remarkable opportunity to double your gift today?

With your gift, you’ll train more young people to share Jesus than ever before and build on the tremendous momentum we already see in EE across the globe!  Through life-saving ministries like Hope for Kids, Everyday Evangelism, Classic EE, XEE and our other Gospel training tools, the Gospel is going everywhere, reaching people and transforming lives across the world.  And your gifts make it possible!

Thanks to God and your partnership, we’re anticipating 10 million professions of faith in Christ through EE training events around the world in 2015!  But that kind of impact for the Kingdom is only possible because of the generosity of donors like you.

Please act soon with your year-end gift. This incredible $250,000 Matching Challenge Fund expires on December 31. Don’t let this opportunity slip away.

With your help, we can raise a total of $500,000 to reach and train more and more children, teens, adults and people of every tribe, tongue and nation.

And when you give before the December 31 deadline, I want to stuff a little something in your Christmas stocking, too! As our thanks, I’ll send you our new prayer journal, “40 Days of Fervent Prayer.” Written exclusively for you, it’s a warm devotional to enrich your prayer life—and deepen your walk with Christ. It’s yours when you give today.

Remember, your generosity will do twice as much to equip people like Pamela and her friends to share Christ with others.

Thank you for your love for God and lost people everywhere who need Jesus. Your gift now will be doubled, dollar for dollar, up to $250,000. It will go twice as far so that more children will be equipped to share their faith in 2016 – and millions more teens and adults too.

Have a blessed Christmas and happy New Year!

Yours in His service,

JBS_sig

John B. Sorensen, D.D.
President

P.S. Your gift, before December 31 will be doubled, dollar for dollar, by the $250,000 Matching Challenge Fund. A year-end gift of $50 becomes $100, $250 becomes $500, and $500 becomes $1,000. Make your gift do twice as much so that millions more will hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
