In Kenya, EE field worker Vincent boarded a boat for a two-hour ride to a remote island within vast Lake Victoria called Mfangano. “It was full of people and animals to a point of near sinking,” Vincent recalls. On the island, Vincent and his EE team slept in tents, battling heavy rains and mosquitoes, to assist with week-long EE training.

“What was important was not the dangerous boat ride, threatening rains or sleepless mosquito nights,” exclaims Vincent, “but the many people that made professions of faith in Christ that week.”
