Have you ever said to yourself, “When it comes to witnessing, I don’t even know where to start!”

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  Now frankly, lots of Christians feel that way and if that’s you, here’s a good first step.  Invite a non-Christian friend to your church service or your Bible study group. Chances are they’ve never been invited to church.  In fact, research shows that the main reason that our non-believing friends don’t go with us to church is because no one’s ever invited them.  So, give them the opportunity to join you.

Another idea is to simply continue your fellowship with them.  When the subject of faith comes up, tell them of the changes in your own life and how you became a Christian and what it means to you. Just be honest, be real and be YOU. You might be surprised how God will use you to reach others.
