Had any divine appointments lately?

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  One of our field staff was in China when a young man approached him saying, “Excuse me sir, I am an English language student and was hoping you might talk to me so I can practice.” Knowing this was a divine appointment, the staff member began to make small talk. Then he asked about the young man’s religion and what he believed happens once he leaves this life.  Turns out he was Buddhist.  After listening and asking a few more questions, our staffer told him he was a Christian.  The young man had no idea what that meant so he asked if he could share what he believed about God.  “Yes, of course.” As he began to share about God and His son, Jesus Christ, the young Buddhist said, “Who is Jesus?  I do not know this person.” The conversation continued and I’ll share the rest of the story tomorrow.  But right now, I’d like to ask you, are you on the lookout for divine appointments – even praying for them?  The opportunities are simply all around us.  Are you willing to take that first step?  We’d love to help.  Visit us on-line at sharelife.today.
