If you’ve seen someone leave a Gospel tract in a restaurant or hand one to a stranger walking by, have you thought, “I wonder if they’ll read it?�

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  I’d like to suggest that our first and best response should be to ask the Holy Spirit to compel the person to read it.  Like He did with Philip.  Philip was sitting on a park bench talking on the phone when someone walked by and handed him a Gospel tract.  Well, the Holy Spirit was obviously at work so Philip read the tract.  In fact, Romans 3:23 jumped off the page, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.“  Philip was convicted and he repented.  Now it just so happened that the tract he was given was EE’s Do You Know For Sure? tract.  Philip has since ordered tracts and started a tract ministry.  If you’d like to try giving out some tracts, we’ll be happy to send you a few of our Do You Know For Sure? tracts to get you started.  Their free.
