EE’s Glasses for Missions Makes Inroads in Kenya posted by jwatson on Oct 26, 2011

Encouraging words from Mr. Wycliffe Wanjala Wekesa, in Kenya

EE’s Glasses for Missions is making inroads in Kenya. “I knew of your ministry through Team Kenya,” says Mr. Wycliffe Wanjala Wekesa, a pastor in Kenya.

“The GFM team did a commendable job, especially when it came to assisting people who were unable to read due to eye problems. People left the site so filled with joy because they were able to read the Bible for themselves. I was so impressed by this ministry. It brought back thoughts of Philip and the Ethiopian Eunuch whom Philip helped by reading and interpreting the Bible for him. It seems as if the Ethiopian Eunuch had an eye problem too. He needed help. God provided the right person at the right time so the Eunuch could read and understand what was written in God’s Word. We need more Philips! Glasses For Missions is the answer!”
