Faith and Thanksgiving posted by John Sorensen on Nov 06, 2020
Faith and Thanksgiving go hand-in-hand. Thanksgiving is a wonderful time for families to remember the many blessings that God has given all of us. It’s especially important to thank God for His Grace found in Jesus. This special holiday provides natural opportunities to share the Gospel. Here’s a few ideas to do just that: Invite family members to a Thanksgiving service at your church. Ask others what they’re most thankful for. And then share how you’re thankful for your relationship with God. If you dine out for Thanksgiving or while you Christmas shop, ask your server how you can pray for them before praying over the meal. Then leave a Gospel tract with a generous tip. Use the holiday season as a natural way to share the Good News. Along with enjoying a meal together, you can help others “taste and see that the Lord is good.” If you need help learning to share the Gospel or would like to get some Gospel tracts, visit ShareLife.Today.
