We’ve all heard it said, “You only live once so go for the gusto!”  Or how about this one, “. . . eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die.”

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  Now one of those sayings is found in Scripture but as often happens, an important part of the verse is left out.  In I Corinthians 15 verse 32 it says,  “If the dead are not raised, let us eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die.”  And that’s where you and I come in because, those of us who know Christ as Lord and Savior know that the dead are raised.  In fact, we are those dead in our trespasses and sin whom Christ has raised unto life eternal.  But today, sadly, there are people who believe that this life is all there is – that there is no life beyond the grave.  And they desperately need to hear the truth that God, in his mercy, graciously revealed to us.  Do you know how to share your faith?  If not, we’re here to help at ShareLife.today.  You can even watch a video that will help you answer the objection, “I Don’t Believe In Life After Death.”
