Honestly, it’s probably a good thing that every store you walk into practically shouts ‘VALENTINES DAY IS COMING!’ We don’t have much of an excuse to forget, do we fellas? But more than valentines, candy and a nice dinner…we really need the reminder to love – just like Jesus did! Sure, He didn’t celebrate Valentine’s Day, but He did show us how to walk in love. Ephesians 5 says this: ‘Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us.’ How can you walk in love? Well, ask God to give you a heart for people and then for opportunities to love them well! You can start with sharing the story of how you came to know the love of God in Jesus Christ!
