When we share our faith with others, the important fact about who Jesus is must be emphasized.

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International. People know facts about Jesus. But many do not know that He is divine. They may believe that He was a great man, that He was more successful than us in keeping God’s law and that He was a brilliant teacher. But we have to underscore the point that Jesus Christ was none other than the infinitely mighty God who created and sustains Heaven and earth and all things. And one day we will stand before Him. John one verses one and fourteen are two wonderful Bible verses to clarify this important point. “In the beginning was the Word, meaning Jesus, and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” Then verse 14 – “The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. . .” I hope you’ll read these verses and then share with someone who Jesus is to you.
