Back in the fall of 1995, EE became the first Christian ministry to be launched in every nation of the world. Would you like to know what the last country reached was?

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International for Share Life Today.  Amazingly, it was North Korea. North Korea proved to be quite a challenge back in ‘95, and frankly, it remains so today. According to Open Doors’, a persecution watch group, North Korea has held the number one spot on their “World Watch List” for seventeen years straight.  Our North Korean brothers and sisters in Christ suffer hardship beyond what we can imagine.  But now you and I can do something.  We can pray that yesterday’s negotiations in Singapore will, in fact, be the beginning of opening this closed nation.  Will you stop whatever you are doing right now or in the next few minutes and pray?  Hebrews 13:3 says, “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them.”  We can do that by praying today.
