Hi, I’m John Sorensen, president of Evangelism Explosion International.  My church takes over 40 high school students to New York City every summer specifically to witness to people in the public parks.  They’ve been doing it for years, but after teaching their students how to use a simple witnessing tool, they have seen the number of people making professions of faith quadrupled and it’s now in the hundreds.  And you should hear the testimonies of the lives changed including the youth who are learning to witness for the first time or those who go each year and are taking a leadership role helping the first timers learn to share their faith.  That’s why we say at EE that evangelism is better caught than taught.  There’s nothing like seeing someone pray to receive Christ before your very eyes.  Want to see your youth energized to share their faith?  We hold training across the country.
