Have you tried to witness to a family member only to be shut down? If so, take heart.

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International. It’s a fairly common refrain that witnessing to family members is difficult. But remember that it’s the Holy Spirit’s job to draw them to salvation. Our part is to pray and then be faithful witnesses for Jesus Christ. Take Pastor Aaron, for example. He lives in Livingstone, Zambia and he tried to talk to his mother about the Lord and she didn’t want to hear it. But in the providence of God, He brought an EE Glasses for Missions outreach all the way from the United States to her son’s church. Well she wanted a pair of reading glasses so guess what? She came to the church outreach and she received her glasses but, more importantly, she received Jesus Christ as her Savior.
