The Word of God is powerful, living, and active. The Bible says in Hebrews that it is sharper than any two-edged sword and cuts as deeply as between spirit and soul. And we see this all the time when we are out sharing the Gospel! We tell people the Good News found in God’s Word, and you can see it supernaturally transform them before your very eyes. This is exactly what happened in Romania three weeks ago. Anna was at an evangelism training as a new believer, and Daniel asked for someone to come to the stage that he could have a conversation with using the tool they were learning. Anna volunteered; and as Daniel shared about Jesus. Tears streamed down Anna’s face; and she told him, “I understand now what it means to be in the hand of the Lord and am sure I will be in heaven with God.” She received assurance of her salvation that day, and she was transformed.
