Travis Shares His Faith posted by John Sorensen on Mar 08, 2018

Travis grew up on the wrong side of the tracks. Involved in gang activity while still in grade school, he had no idea of the hope that was about to pour into his life.

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  A local church wanted to reach out to children like Travis through an after-school program. The ministry supplied Travis and his friends with food and clothes, and doors were immediately opened to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For Travis, the after-school program became the place where he says, he learned about God for the first time and where he also learned how to share his faith.  Everyday after school, he’d share what he learned with his mom and before long, she made a profession of faith and then he told the gang members he was leaving the gang and they could come with him.  It’s quite a story and it just shows how God can use children to tell others about Him.  If you’d like to help equip children to share their faith, visit ShareLife.today.
