Have you ever had someone tell you that they believe man is basically good?  Don’t believe it!

Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International.  Here’s an illustration that shows that people do wrong and know it.  A missionary wanted to take a little bit of home with them to the mission field so they brought some watermelons seeds.  They planted them and once they were full grown and ripened, the missionary noticed that they were disappearing from their garden.  But here’s the thing, they were only disappearing in the middle of the night.  Now what’s interesting is that the missionary knew that these people had not had any contact with the outside world before they came.  Yet, they obviously knew that stealing was wrong – or they wouldn’t have done it under the cover of darkness.  Scripture tells us, “There’s none good.”  We’re all sinners who need to hear about the One who is good—Jesus Christ.  Need help sharing your faith?  Well, we can help.  Visit ShareLife.today for more witnessing tips and tools.  That’s sharelife.today
