Are my monetary transactions safe and secure on the new platform, RaiseDonors?

Yes, your monetary transactions are safe and secure on our new donation platform. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. Our platform complies with all relevant security standards and regulations to ensure the highest level of protection for your transactions. If you have any concerns, contact us for more information


I made my account, but I am not seeing my giving history. 

Giving history can take up to 72 hours to show up in your donor portal after you have created the account. If you need it sooner, please contact us and we will get it to you. 


What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.


What happens to my recurring donation?

Your current donation remains in place and is unaffected by the transition to the new donor software. 


How can I modify a recurring donation?

Inside your donor portal, you can modify it under the tab “recurring gifts.” 

NOTE: If your recurring donation was set up before July 1, 2024 and you need to modify it, please contact us. 


Can I make a new recurring donation? 

Yes! All new donations, whether recurring or one-time, can be done through our new giving platform. 


How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, log in to your donor portal and navigate to the ‘Payment Methods’ section. If you need assistance, please contact us.  


Can you help me to create an account?

Yes! We are prepared and happy to help you create an account. Contact our Advancement Department using the information below and we will assist you.


Will you still be able to take donations over the phone? 

Yes! We will still be able to take donations over the phone. The only difference will be in the look of the receipt that you will receive. 


Can I still give to multiple people or projects at the same time? 

Yes! Giving to multiple projects is best done using our multi-gift page. This page can be found on our giving page inside the blue box. 


Can I make a donation and buy a product at the same time? 

No, not at this time.  If you would like to buy a product, please visit our new store page. It can be accessed by clicking “Store” at the top right of our web page. 


Will I still get a printed receipt? 

Yes, we will still send out printed receipts as in addition to email receipts.
